The CT-3 Coiled Tubing unit is a mobile system that uses a flexible, continuous pipe to carry out various well operations. The technology is suitable for the targeted injection of fluids and gases, as well as for mechanical and hydraulic interventions downhole.
Its application areas include well maintenance and cleanout (removal of scale, sand and debris), stimulation (acidising, chemical treatment), and well kickoff and live-pressure interventions. One of the key advantages of CT technology is the use of continuous pipe, which allows fast operations and fluid pumping into the well while it is still producing.
The unit is suitable for tool deployment, measurement and diagnostic operations, and for retrieval of stuck tools. The Coiled Tubing unit can also be combined with nitrogen operations, for example for fluid column removal and well kickoff tasks.
During the full 2023 overhaul the equipment was modernised, ensuring reliable and safe operation in compliance with current industry requirements.

MB 2001 Ltd.'s nitrogen unit was manufactured in 1987 and underwent a full overhaul in 2023 to meet the latest industry requirements. The unit's tank capacity is 5 m³.
The nitrogen service also includes a Nowsco NRF 53000 nitrogen transport unit, also built in 1987 and overhauled in 2023. The transport unit's tank capacity is 20,855 litres, ensuring operational continuity for longer nitrogen operations.

MB 2001 Ltd. operates various pumping aggregator units at its Algyő base, enabling a wide range of oilfield operations — from simple flushing to shut-in tests, production tubing corrosion protection treatments and formation testing.
